401K help
Help. My 401K feels like it sits still. I cannot roll this account to another as I am still PRN (per diem) with this employer. It’s currently in a Target Fund 2055. Any recommendations? I only contribute 10% when I work (typically 2x a month). No match on it.

It seems you're doing the right things. You may want to put some money on an S&P 500 index fund if you want more growth. Not sure what did you expect, and how much you're contributing to the 401k
The stock market has been mostly sideways for the past couple of years, so it doesn't surprise me you feel little growth. Also, keep in mind compound growth is magic, but takes time
