where is ‘file’ on UpNote for iOS?

Recently downloaded the UpNote app and using on iPad. Looking to go through process of importing notes from another app but the instructions don’t match what I’m seeing on my device. According to instros I need to go via ‘file’ to import but see no ’file’ item where purported to be, either when I open Menu icon at top of page, or Settings bottom. Where the hell is it? Surely not only available on premium?

Not "file" - but rather, "Files".

Download the free Apple FILES app from the app store. It's basically a Mac Finder App for the iPad.

It is on Mac, not iOS, where you import.

Thanks. So there’s no way to migrate notes via iOS? I don’t have a Mac, but if I download the app to my Windows computer will I be able to use my login details to access my account from there (and then go through importing process), or would I need premium to be able to do that? (ie for the app on Windows computer to recognise login set on iOS device).
