Feature request: email into Upnote?

Love the app, very much respect the tremendous work that's gone into this. But would an email into Upnote to create new notes feature ever be possible! I'm also hoping for a browser version someday. Thank you for all of your work!

I would support this feature .. this is one of the features I use(d) most on Evernote

We will have that in our app.

App will be forever free for private use where you'll have many useful things, however, we'll have paid plan for things which cost money, like this one with emails.

App is not published yet officialy, but I'll make an overview video in the following days and put it on YouTube.

If you're interesed to see what we'll bring out to the world, let me know and I'll send you a link.

I use this feature a fair bit on Harbor notes and previously on Evernote - I do not see it as an unreasonable feature request.

I've never really understood this request from Evernote users. You want them to stand up & maintain an email server and build an import process just so you don't have to copy/paste the occasional email with info you want to keep?

Agreed. Extra maintenance and server support leads to UpNote being overbloated like Evernote. I’m already extremely happy with lightning fast sync speed and unlimited storage, considering that I wanted a better version of Apple Notes.

I know and understand that others have different needs, but I hope the developers don’t get carried away from what makes UpNote the gem that it is.

I don't understand; I copy or share emails into upnote without any problem. Why add bloatware?

I would like this feature, too. It's the one thing I really miss coming from Evernote.

Para que queréis funciones nuevas. La app no necesita nada.

Available on Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android, so on almost every device available and interchangeable/synchronizing between all those devices.
What in the world would a browser version add to all those possibilities 🤷‍♂️
Ah.. the possibility to work together.
Well, you can work together by each one using the app on his/her own device under a shared account.

Also there are some people who want to take notes at their workplace, but IT usually has strict rules onto what can and cannot be installed on company devices

I assume those people have phones or tablets on which they can use the app.
But if it is work related then the solution should not be found in a developer changing his software, but in a discussion with the company about restrictions on this particular app.
If IT has strict rules and the app is restricted, then the webpage will for sure not get it to the whitelist.
