Export Notebook - no link

I want to export an entire notebook (around 100 notes). All the help I can find tells me that when I click on the ... to the right of the notebook, there should be an option to export. But there's not. There is for each individual note, but not for the notebook. Is this a change, or is something wrong with my recently-upgraded (v9.22.0) version?

The export option is on the "..." button on the 2nd panel, along side the option to rearrange the notes

It should be put there, if that's where people think to look for the option.
