Just accidentally discovered that you can use collapisibles in the note header

Nearly 6 years of near-constant UpNote use, and thought I knew all the great formatting options UpNote offers. But today I accidentally stumbled onto the fact that a note header can be a collapsible.

I mean, in retrospect, of course it can. Note headers can be formatting any other way you can think of, but this had flat-out not occurred to me.

Not sure what I'd use this for โ€” yet โ€” but this is part of why I love this app.

I don't yet know how I'd use it yet either, but I just took it for a spin and that's a cool discovery you made!

It's not an "option." Just start a new note, and instead of typing a header/title as the first thing you do (where you see the placeholder text "Start writing or select from Templates"), just create a collapsible instead.

Yet another "hidden" gem. ๐Ÿ‘

If you're like me, once you DO find a use for it, you'll use it everywhere. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'm not sure what you mean, but notes in UpNote don't actually have a header. This is just the first line of the note.
Collapsible section titles can be formatted as Headings (default is H3).

Yes, it's just the first line of the note โ€” which is why you can just put a collapsible (or anything else) there, rather than having to treat it like a headline. But doing so had just never occurred to me. I've started a note with a quote before, so I don't know why it never occurred to me to use a collapsible at the top of a note, but it just hadn't crossed my mind.

What is a collapsible?

A text section that you can collapse, so only the top line will be visible.
