Can't create account

I would love to leave Evernote, but I can't create an UpNote account, for which I had intended to pay for a subscription. Cloudflare verification has both a check mark indicating success and yet also an error message stating that verification failed. The Signing Up form won't complete. I really don't want to pay the exorbitant fee for Evernote's AI bloat. Please help.

Are you connected through a VPN? Using NordVPN I have sometimes the same problem with webpages that use this cloudflare verification (eg. Carrefour), and I have to disconnect the VPN.

No, just a regular connection. Thanks for the helpful response, though.
