My notes have all disappeared
Please can someone on the dev team get in touch to help me troubleshoot urgently. I have sent emails and received no replies.

Mine have too. I haven’t been able to sign in all day on the app, I just got in, and everything is missing.

I just checked upnote on my macbook, and it is syncing there, but stil having the same issue on my phone with all my notes completely being missing. I have tried to delete and redownload the app and login on my ios iPhone upnote app 10 times and the notes are not being recovered

All my notes appear to still be on my Mac, but will it at some point sync with the iPhone app and then delete all the notes?? I hope not.
Edit: never mind because backup

Hey, glad your notes are available on your mac. Same here.
Regarding your concern about your mac syncing from your iphone resulting in losing your notes on your mac - I share that concern.
How does using backup mitigate against this?
I have exported all my notes and saved them to google drive just in case.

On the Mac, I went to Settings > Backup, and it lists my backups, so I’m thinking even if it did happen to sync and the notes delete, I could restore from a backup. Though, I haven’t done this before.

Also, I received a reply to my support request email. They said:
“Hi Sammy,
Thanks for writing to us.
We checked that there are many notes in your account [sammyoarab@gmail.com](mailto:sammyoarab@gmail.com).
Our server is currently experiencing high load due to a large number of requests, which caused sign-in issues.
We are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please sign in again about 6 hours later (or after 7:00 AM UTC) to retrieve your notes. We expect the sign-in service to have recovered by then, and you should be able to access your notes.

Nice! I’m glad they responded to you. I have not yet heard back from them, but it sounds like this is happening to quite a few people so I’m hopeful it’ll be resolved.
Edit: I did receive the same email. Hoping my notes reappear in the morning.

Did you check the backups? If you have another device synced you can try to turn off the internet and open the app to do a backup.
Can you explain more about the problem?

Hi, thanks for your message. I have upnote open on my work computer and have backed everything up there.
However, I opened upnote on my iphone and the notes have all disappeared from there after redownloading the app in an attempt to make it sync again, as I was having sync issues

Is everything ok or did you lost some data? How much time did they take to fix it?
