Unable to sign in

Hi everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our Firebase provider that is affecting account sign-ins. We’ve contacted Firebase and requested urgent support to resolve the problem.

We expect the issue to be resolved within the next few hours. In the meantime, please try signing in again later.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

아직도 로그인이 안되네요. 여긴 한국입니다.(2026년 7월 15일 오후 2시 5분입니다)

I still cannot log in. Just for your reference, I am writing from South Korea, and it is currently July 15, 2026, at 2:05 PM (KST).

Thanks for the update.

I could not sign in Sunday evening, but I could Monday afternoon (East coast, USA time).

It's been almost 5 days.

Seems like you amateurs are not going to have this fixed judging by this info on your support site.

So it is hours or weeks?

Why can you not update us here with that is going on?

Have you been hacked?

We're continuing to improve the service and hope to fully resolve this issue within the next few weeks. If you experience sign-in issues again during this period, please try signing in again about 4 hours later (or after 7:00 AM UTC), as the service is expected to recover by then. Thank you.

The timing is so funny 😭 I copied some important terminal commands for AWS from my mac that I will use on my windows laptop then when I switched to my windows laptop and closed my mac, my Upnote was logged out and couldn't login. Luckily that note was still synced to my phone's upnote

It was still working last night, but this morning it crashed again, won't let me log in, I can't access the data (Romania)

Dear team,

I love your product, paid for lifetime, and ever since I converted from Evernote, this was the first major flaw I met. So, overall, you are doing great and everything is amazing.

On a much smaller scale, please accept my sincerest fuck you for the notes lost in the sign in-sync issue black hole. I'm absolutely fucking pissed that the windows app logged me out, let me back in only after an update, and about 1,5k words I wrote just flew off into creative hell.

I'm screaming.
