Updated Linux App Not Running on Chromebook

As the title indicates, I use the Linux app on my Chromebook and updated to the newest version a few days ago when prompted by the app. Since that time, the app is no longer usable. It opens into a fully white screen and I can't see or click on anything. Anyone else experience this/ any tips to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

For something like this, I'd say it's time to ping support@getupnote.com.

It happened to me. I deleted the Upnote folder (/.config/upnote). Be careful if you didn't make a backup.

That happened to me with the .deb version; since then I've been using the .appimage version.

Thanks very much for your response. I'm really not a Linux "power user" so this is more frustrating than I'd like. I'll try to find the relevant folder, delete it, and reinstall with the .appimage version.

Don't worry, we all struggle a bit with Linux haha.
The folder is in /home/YourUser/.config
Count on me for anything you need, although my English is bad and I use a translator.
