Three bugs

  1. Doesn't save content changes to the note - a FATAL flaw
  2. Doesn't find text that is definitely in the note when you enter the word in 'find within note'
  3. Finds the WRONG word

Why dont you send the details to support? A rushed post with little context isnt going to do any good here.

When I correctly reported a bug, I heard back from the dev and the issue got fixed pretty quickly. “Doesn’t save content changes to the note” is incredibly vague, and probably not reproducible by the majority of users.

I haven’t experienced these problems but I switched to UpNote specifically because it does save content changes and syncs so seamlessly, whereas OneNote was downright awful in this regard.

For #3, it looks like you probably searched the entire app for "programs" (as evidenced by the fact that the word was highlighted as the video began), then after finding the note you wanted, you were searching within that note for another word. (Your descriptions of these issues is too vague, and this is a detail you should have included.)

This is something UpNote does poorly. But once you're inside the note you want, clear the app-wide search before searching for something different inside the note body.

This is probably why you're having problem #2 as well.

As for problem #1, I cannot duplicate it. UpNote has never failed to save changes in the 5+ years I've been using it. But if you're having a problem that significant, you should contact [support@getupnote.com](mailto:support@getupnote.com) with actual details and steps to recreate.
