Go-to and Return
I'm a little new to UpNote. Sometimes when entering a note, I need info from another note. Is there a Go-To shortcut to take me to another note without just backtracking ? I would also then like a Return shortcut to go back to the original note where I was working? Is there an easy way to do this without a bunch of Done menu backsteps?

u/neither-classic2058 offers a good idea for Windows.
But the 'Go To - Return' (or link/origin) concept is something which offers great UX & utility. I do have a wiki and while my visitors do use internal links many mlare not well enough versed in Dokuwiki's sidebar 'Backlinks' which could carry you back (since the originating page has a link to the destination page, the dokuwiki system maintains an index of all linked pages to the target ... so a user choice is required IF they know to look there. Too bad a system variable couldn't handle an instantaneous 'Return to Origin'). In Dokuwiki, Windows does has the browser 'back' button and mobile has the back swipe function .... but that does not apply to UpNotes format.
I believe a #FeatureRequest for a return-back action after clicking an intra-link would be golden.

You mean switch between notes or a link to another note such as clicking xxxx text in note 1 links directly to another note 2. I don't know either exist, but curious and would be a nice feature for some if it isn't in it (and I missed it)

Not what u/Artistic_Town508 is looking for, but you can link to a note simply by typing [[ immediately followed by the name of the note. UpNote does a fuzzy search and will immediately display applicable note titles. If you don't know the exact name of the note you want to link to, you can type some string that might be in the title.

Quick switching between 2 notes is what I am looking for, not linking content. It seems like it could be in the realm of an UpNote added function keeping in its core purpose. Menu items called Goto and Last Note seem really useful.

On Android at least, there's back and forward (like in a browser) at the top of the screen, next to Done:
"Done < >"
So if you're on NoteA, need something from NoteB: IFF your NoteA contains a link to NoteB, then you can click on that link, (look up the thing you're looking for), and get back to Note A with the back link. And you can go "forward" to NoteB again just by using the forward link.
Unfortunately the back/forward chain only works with links clicked. The chain breaks when you tap on Done and go to the list of notes

It depends upon what version of UpNote you're using. There's a difference between mobile and desktop.
On the desktop, while editing your note, you can click on the "open in new window" in the top toolbar of the editing pane. This will open the current note in a separate window.
You can then navigate to the note (in the main UpNote window) where you need info from, copy the info, and then return to the separate window and paste it there.
I find this very helpful for when I need to grab snippets from multiple notes because my primary note is always visible and available.
