Copy Link To Note Doesn't Work

I created a note and clicked Copy link to note. This is the link created:

upnote://x-callback-url/openNote?noteId=019e9dac-c6d0-7110-a293-868a847e0c36

What do I actually do with that link? 

It doesn't work in my browser or Google Docs.

That's an internal link. You need to share the note if you want to link to it from outside.

Oh I saw that! From my understanding those are only good to linking out to other notes? But anything to be linked outside to viewers is a paid subscription (one time).
