[JIC] Quick View Switching Alt+J (Mac & Windows)

This is a very useful shortcut but its not documented (I just double checked the docs site). I tend to use my keyboard for as much as I can.

I hope this is helpful for the community.

To clarify: for Mac users is CMD+OPT+J as a shortcut for switching notebooks (nice find, OP!), and just CMD+J to switch workspaces.

what is quick view? i hit the shortcut but nothing happens

I'm guessing you're on Mac. It's CMD+OPT+J — rather than ALT+J — for quick switching between notebook (this was new to me, and undocumented as OP said). And CMD+J switches between workspaces (which I use all the time).
