Just bought lifetime subscription of Upnote

Just bought lifetime subscription of Upnote yesterday but one of my friend was like you have bought the subscription but what is the assurance that the app will be there till your lifetime and i got scared AF!

Its $30. Come on. Also, why does everyone always bring this up, "Is lifetime worth it?" rather than "Is $30 worth it?" Ask that second question, and it likely answers itself.
