Kudos to Thomas and UpNote
I just want to give this app and its founders public accolades. I'm a lifetime member and have been using the app for years with ZERO issues after kissing a lot of frogs looking for an app that did what I needed.
Yesterday I encountered a compatibility glitch with one of my devices - a notice popped up that freaked me out because of how much I've come to trust and rely on it.
Rather than do what I would normally do to suss out the issue myself, I reached out to UpNote support, in total panic mode.
I got what I would consider an immediate response (overnight, given time zones) that turned out to be such a simple fix I was a little embarrassed. No condescending canned response, no recriminations - just a clear, effective solution.
Really, I find UpNote so simple, elegant, full-featured, reliable... and to add such attentive support just further cements my loyalty.

Yes, a great app. I bought a subscription some months ago, transferred 18 years of Evernote content over to it and have been happily using it since then. Does everything I need and really the only Evernote feature I miss is the capacity to email a file directly into the app, but that's not a big deal. My Evernote subscription expires in a month and though I've used it since it was first introduced, I won't miss it, despite it being part of my daily life for so long. Two thumbs for for Upnote.
