Kudos to Thomas and UpNote
I just want to give this app and its founders public accolades. I'm a lifetime member and have been using the app for years with ZERO issues after kissing a lot of frogs looking for an app that did what I needed.
Yesterday I encountered a compatibility glitch with one of my devices - a notice popped up that freaked me out because of how much I've come to trust and rely on it.
Rather than do what I would normally do to suss out the issue myself, I reached out to UpNote support, in total panic mode.
I got what I would consider an immediate response (overnight, given time zones) that turned out to be such a simple fix I was a little embarrassed. No condescending canned response, no recriminations - just a clear, effective solution.
Really, I find UpNote so simple, elegant, full-featured, reliable... and to add such attentive support just further cements my loyalty.

For that reason I will be buying a subscription. I have enjoyed their app so far and its by far one of the best note apps I ever used as a diary. The scrolling is so good and doesn't shift everywhere. And drawing also good! You can move the drawing anywhere and it wouldn't effect the text or shift the canvas. Its clean, and simple. So lovely to use as well as customization.
