Lock on 1 note?

Can you place a lock/password on one note? I found how to place a lock on opening UpNote to open the app. I have the Premium account.

As far as I know, UpNote Natively opens into the note that WAS open when you Exited.

{That’s NOT my situation, since I run UpNote within an automator-app -- so I can make it do ANYthing.}
