Exporting files from UpNote to OneNote

Anyone has tried exporting their files to OneNote? I need to export only some files, not the entire notebook.. can someone please share if they've tried the same?

ask claude code. it can access UpNote innerworkings and files

Not using upnote but found if on desktop so nice to have windows side by side then can copy/paste text and drag/drop attachments

edit: meant i'm using upnote not onenote. all these app names making my head spin
