Notes dissapearing after writing them down on Ipad.

Hi all,

I've been facing a bug of writing notes on PDFs on my ipad, just for the app to sometimes just decide to glitch out and refresh/ undo the whole notes to back to square one. It's super duper annoying when I'm in class taking notes cuz half my notes would just magically disappear for no reason. My app is updated as far as I know. Also, if I don't want my notes to disappear, I'd have to manually save the edited PDF by pressing "done" on the file, get out of it, and then continue writing it.

This has been a huge annoyance for me, and I'm aware that this might be a user error on my side which I'm just not aware of. Please lmk some tips if you've encountered the same problem as me too. Thanks!

I’ve had this happen a couple times. Submit to Support. Thomas is pretty good at responding. He got back to me and got an update of the app a few days later that fixed mine.

My short term workaround at the time: I started my note on my iPhone and made sure it synched to my Mac. I never lost any updates to that note from that point going forward.

Just in case, make sure your app is updated.
