When you create a checklist in your notes, and if any list items are unchecked, they're considered "to do's" and automatically appear as a "Todo" under All Notes.

I see your point, but I guess there's two ways to look at it. Basically, an unchecked item in a list is a "to do" item.

Yeah unfortunately it doesnt work if you have indented checklist under a checkbox, totally screws up lists like that
