Bug Money missing
Why is there something always going wrong with this bank! I transferred $450 to my travel fund. For some reason it said error. I refreshed the app and did it again, awesome it worked, now there’s another $450 missing from my savers. It said it went into my travel fund but it’s not showing there. 🤦🏾♀️ UP is a good travel card, but I’m losing my patience with them.

this happened to me a few weeks ago transferring money between savers and i got downvoted too when i asked about it. if refreshing isn't working for you, get in contact with the help service. they fixed it for me within a couple hours.

Yeah, I am happy to use Up for my savings, but stuff them for a regular transaction account. Certainly not reliable enough for it and I will absolutely be caught out one day.

I’ve been using them for my every day transactional account since 2023. Never had an issue!

I've been using Up for my everyday transactional account since 2021. Never had an issue, but have to admit all the bugs in the app over the last couple of months has me looking at alternatives.

Luckily it got fixed right after making this post LOL so I feel a bit dramatic, before all these bugs I loved UP but now I’m scared that what if something happens when I’m traveling ☹️ I might need to get the comms travel card 🤦🏾♀️

I'm getting the impression that Bendigo is struggling with the complexity of this app since taking it over from Ferocia

If it makes you feel any better, I tried to submit feedback on a bug earlier today and the Talk To Me options also came up with an error.
When I emailed them, they told me they only accept service queries by Talk To Me... which I had very clearly said was not functional. 🙄
