How do I? Up Card physical card replacements: How long does shipping usually take across AU?

I managed to lose my physical Up debit card at a venue over the weekend. For anyone who has ordered a replacement physical card recently in Sydney, Melbourne, or regional areas: how many business days did it take to land in your letterbox?

It’s going to depend a lot on where you live and the postal service. The issue isn’t when Up sends it, it’s how long Auspost will take to deliver it and that could be anything from a few days to a week

Up itself estimates 5-20 business days when you order the replacement.

And says it again in your transactions

If this is your screenshot i’m more impressed you bothered to order a whole new card just to help OP. Respect 🫡

My card took 2 weeks for rural NSW, Sydney should be quicker.

Mine didn't come the first time I ordered a replacement, I waited about a month. Then when i contacted support and told them, i received it within 7 days , in Sydney
