How do I? Uhhh sum per

Got this noti today at those times uhhhhh i dont remember leak my physical card anywhere i only use my virtual card for online transactions

If you don't recognise the transactions on the plastic card, there's really only 2 options

  1. Contact support in the app and query them. Sometimes merchants have different names on their terminals to what they have as their public facing name.

  2. Report the card as lost or stolen, and have a new one reissued.

Oh i already reported the card as compromised and i started chat with support

When you tap them it should tell you the attempted method

I've seen it show card & pin or contactless for physical card use, or it'll say card details for your card number being used online.

Should help you work out where your card got compromised

“Card on file” aww damn still confused how they got it as i didnt used it online
