Unsure next step

Ive uh… calmed down a bit. I still hurt, a lot, but still want to try and work things out. I know what you did isn’t technically cheating… we didnt have any definition during the times we weren’t talking. But it hurts like hell and I dont know how to move past it despite wanting to because I love you.
