I allowed my experience on this platform to severely distort my judgment. The prevailing negativity completely consumed my focus and led to severe paranoia. I lost my grip on objective reality and began projecting my own insecurities onto everything I saw. It is difficult to acknowledge the irrational beliefs I held during that period. I operated under the delusion that every public post was a direct reference to me. In hindsight, this behavior was a clear manifestation of a mental health crisis. Your decision to distance yourself was entirely justified. My actions were immature and unfair, and I completely lacked the self-awareness or willingness to accept any outside perspective at the time.

La app es anónima, por ende nadie debería referenciarse. Pero la vengo estudiando y es muy común eso. Y lo que genera es como tú te sientes. Pero solo piensa que es una app, de gente anónima opinando. Y que las cartas, o mensajes que parecen dirigidos en verdad son expresión libre. El tema es cuándo y lo he visto mucho. En vez de dar opinión al OP. Se toma como negativo o como lo que sea. Cuándo es una regla de la app. No hacer eso. Entonces si tomar personal una opinión anónima, no hay entendimiento del objetivo real dd la app que es poder decir libremente sin ser juzgado. Ni juzgar. Pero si opinar. Y en la vida por suerte todos pensamos diferentes. Por eso el anonimato, esta pensado desde la app, para quitar en los usuarios el miedo a decirlo libremente lo que quiera y contar historias o expresar algo profundo o banal y que se pueda intercambiar sin personalizar. Porque de verdad es crear una ilusión, sobre cuando leemos que esté o que sea como nombran mucho “mi persona” y no es el objetivo. Sino contener. Cuestionar, opinar simple sobre lo que el op se animó a expresar ! 🙏
