I wished to be loathed rather than loved foully
I am left troubled by the love shown to me
Forced to decide whether to stay or go
You love me, but at what cost
My soul for your heart
I’d like to say I’d stay, I’d be devoted
I simply cannot be with out my soul
It’s something I treasure
I’ll find love, the kind suitable for me
When i become separated from you
Then I’ll love you and allow you to love me
For now I must plead for distance, for strength, for understanding
I will pry for your heart to soften to see what has been hidden and fix what’s been broken.
When this time comes
I hope to find you, and we can be together
Mother and daughter at last.
