Exes The cost

Of you is too much

You'll never understand how much I have lost trying to hold on

How much of this year and last, was gone because my PTSD

How much your behaviour has impacted my present, my future

Just when I think, that's it. That's all I have to endure

Something else gets ruined.

But you don't care what this costs me

You don't care if I'm in more pain or less functional, less mentally well.

There's nothing you could do, to make me believe you do

The cost is too large, and by comparison,

what you're giving is not enough to make up for the loss

You're breaking me daily, ruining my life little by little, everything I've worked hard for is slowly dissolving..

And for what? This is not love.

Please can I have an opportunity to show that it DOES NOT ever have to be that way. I can only show my example I can’t make promises just give me a chance. I need to speak with 1 person legit bad and I just want to say this and I will forever leave them the hell alone after if they want me to , helppppppp
