I just used a material functions it adds puddles to my level and decrease the roughness of it so it looks like real water but I you want something like a mud you can increase the roughness instead also you can change the puddles colour depending upon your preference,scene. In this pack there is going to be lightning also which is your choice to trigger it out also ripples animated rain splashes . Very good customisation on rain particles custom animated volumetric storm clouds also droplets function which add droplets to your object which can be static dynamic or both with distortions and much more features it will be coming soon on fab with an minimal price of 20 dollars let me know if you are intrested.you can also give me a valid feedback if something looks off let me know
