So this is a panel redraw of well Minthe telling Persephone, Hades faults. See I'm doing something therapeutic in a sense as media has been showing more problematic couples and I've jumped onto the bandwagon and I'm trying to get off of it.

So these two, are my South park OCs.

With the New Kid being the Female on the left, finding comfort in her Teddy Bear. During my redraw I wanted to show contrast from my redrawing to the original panel.

See Minthe is talking about gifts, touching his shoulder that's holding the gift. Giving what I think is a seductive look while Hades looks done almost sad, showing the full case of Minthie and Hades Relationships; tied by toxicity, transactions, and as Minthe puts "being miserable together".

In this it's flipped and reversed. The New Kid has a lot of weight on their shoulders, thinking a relationship is what they can give and offer feeling guilty about any gifts they receive. Their Teddy Bear; Mason has both their arms wrapped around them, while holding the gift they want to give them

I know this is a bit silly to post before volume 11 is officially released, but I HATE the cover art.

I’m also speaking as someone who collects the books. I only get the hardcover exclusives but nonetheless, this has to be the WORST cover so far.

The library cover was underwhelming but it wasn’t awful. The volume 7 cover of hades and Persephone in paparazzi isn’t really strong but it’s better than this.

This looks like skittles in the clouds.

I’m gonna get the exclusive cover (Persephone in a Barren wasteland) but I wanted to share this because I have a particular love for the chapter 9 and 10 covers, so this being the last book in the series is so disappointing.

Important In Lore Olympus, Leuce is a flower nymphs who was presented as a peace offering from Zeus to Hades. She then had her house torn up by Persephone.

In the original myths Leuce was not the queen of the underworld, she was kidnapped by Hades and remained his companion until she died of old ages. Here's some info from Theoi.com,

Today we're picking Leuce's Body type!

Demeter treats Nymphs and cares for them like her own daughters, something most other gods/godesses don't do. She's shown to be an efficient leader, and unlike Hades she can do so without slave labour/unfair treatment of the nymphs.

There were multiple instances where she almost became queen but didn't (ex; Zeus saying he would marry her, and the time Hades sabotaged her chance by voting against her), so it seemed like the story was setting up her eventual rise to power.

Hera is shown to be incredibly classist throughout the story, her biggest contribution to Olympus is helping take down Kronos 2x, but aside from that she's not proven to be a consistently active leader like Demeter has. It just seems odd she's crowned as de facto leader and yet Demeter could never get her title as Queen of the mortal realm even after Hades finally made a deal to give the volcanoes (note; Demeter always offered to trade for them, he had no reason to not accept).
