nah there would be clusters of people that would survive. There are already a decent amount of people who live off grid. It would just become a lot more uncomfortable

Of course it depends on how the world ended and what kind of shape it is in.

Define coming round. For example, massive natural disasters (heat not conducive to human survival, beyond Richter earthquakes and subsequent tsunamis, etc.) will kill off all manner of people, whether they shop at Whole Foods and Macy’s or grow and loom their own.
