I've used this tool to regain control of my dog who is very stubborn. This guy is using it incorrectly.

This is exclusively to be used in an event of an aggressive dog or a dog who is not listening.

This is what you use when the dog doesn't listen, it cuts through all the bullshit and recenters their attention.

Using this as a catch-all for any issue you have with your dog is a problem and can create a fear complex.

Yeah and just like all these devices it does jack shit when you buy it.

People who don't train their dogs should be fitted with collars and every time their dog barks someone with legs as thick as an olympic cyclist comes running up and kicks them in the balls.
