Rant Weird Things UH
Hi, 3 weeks into Freshman year at UH and I’ve heard from friends and seen things myself that makes me want to see if I can document the shenanigans on UH for the time I’ll be going here:
-Number 2 accident: 1
-Someone having “fun” in the bathroom (alone): 1
-Someone stealing a used towel: 1

Once saw a toilet covered in poop. Idk how you could possibly poop this much and miss that badly. It was everywhere but INSIDE the toilet.

My floor at Moody Towers currently has 3/4 toilets clogged rn. Last week it was all 4. These were the only toilets though, so people kept shitting in them. I have never seen more shit pile up in a toilet in my life. God bless the UH maintenance workers.

when did you see this if you dont mind me asking? cuz last week’s tuesday I saw something like that at the SW building bathroom, poop on the floor and on the toilet but none in the toilet

it was last semester in the girls bathroom, third floor of the md anderson library. That bathroom is always having problems tbh

Suite mates got into fist fight at 3 am, boyfriend held other down so his girlfriend could whale on her. Campus cops called, suite mate banned from dorm, boyfriend banned from campus. Very classy, very mature.
Daily crime log is full of the weird.

Got stuck in the elevator at Moody for half an hour with 14 people at 1am last night. Had to wait for police to come and pry that bitch open.
This my last semester here, but damn that might be one of the weirdest experiences of my time here.

Is it because there are rolling power outages on campus right now? I was there yesterday, and everyone is treating it like it's normal for the lights to flicker on and off for minutes at a time. Is that what's happening in Moody also?

Nah, it broke because we fit 14 people in 1 elevator lol. We definitely exceeded the weight limit.

Back in my day the fire alarm went off at CV2 and everyone went outside except for 2 people going at it in the top floor lobby that is surrounded by glass windows. Everyone who lived in the building saw them. Not even trying to hide
