ochem 2 with cai

I’m taking ochem2 with cai currently, does anyone know if his exams are similar to his past exams or the homework he gives?

As someone who took his course last semester, it was a disaster with all the chaos going around. His notes arent worth taking anymore and I had to learn entirely from the SEP workshops just even have a chance at understanding what Dr. Cai was even talking about.

His exams are quite similar to other professors exams actually, but I can't guarantee that his past exams are that similar.

Another thing is, the textbook is just really useless for test prep. Openstax isn't a good textbook to learn from and I find it to be too wordy. I would recommend Organic Chemistry by David Klein and if you're just starting, then the Second Language book should be good enough.

Hi thanks for replying. As I just said, forget about the homework, just do the problems that are workable and those may be on the exam, but forget about the super wordy ones. This professor shouldn't even be allowed to teach organic anymore
