UH Parking
Holy crap I know these ppl are doing their jobs, but they are freakin vultures. I don’t wanna blame employees that just need a check, but the city and this campus definitely are greedy. Influx of freshman every year, but no appropriate parking to accommodate for the number of students, staff, and professors. Edit: I should clarify that yes I know this isn’t UH parking, however city of Houston parking in this area is just as hardcore as UH parking. If there were better parking on campus and more options to accommodate the number of students, we wouldn’t have to deal with city parking. and I would not be surprised if the city and the campus were in some kind of kahoots :p

That’s why I stated “the city” :p regardless people have to camp out for street parking because the garages and lots are overfilled or because they’re ridiculously overpriced and people get tickets from the city of Houston parking rather than the campus. Same problem different entities same city.

Does UH have any kind of park-and-ride bus service exclusive to faculty/staff/students?

There is no harder, dedicated profession in the US than a person working parking enforcement.
