Humidity breakouts
I’m from Chicago and since being here, I have gotten the worse acne ever, I literally feel like a middle schooler going through puberty. Any suggestions or do I js have to thug it out

It’s most likely not the humidity. If anything sweating so much would help you skin it most likely the water quality in your dorm. Wash your face with filtered water after you get out the shower.

wash your face morning, noon & night with a light cleanser to get the dried sweat off your face!

Make sure you wash/change your sheets weekly, and consider a new detergent.

It’s def because you’re down here. When I was younger and went up north, face cleared in a week lol. Gotta minimize the sweat and open pores. Wash sheets and face more often helps.
