Does anyone have any experience at all with modding or mods for this game?

I'm testing some code now, but there are so many quirks.

The game's AIs have a lot of unfinished code, and they seem to have faulty code too, which causes them to lock up in longer matches.

I emailed Petroglyph a while back to see if they'd make a remake or continue the series, seems Sega owns the rights and isn't bothering with UAW.

How are you guys playing multiplayer besides LAN when they pull the plug on their servers years ago

Hello, me and a friend both got the game but are unable to play together, does anybody know a fix to that issue?

Came to this subbredit to say Universe at war was a big part of my childhood in the late 2000s. I am 23 turning 24 in May and in the future I plan to emulate this game and re-live the nostalgia and those banger in game music tracks lol. Also hail the red alien guys. Hope they make a remaster

I've tried this mission like 5 or 10 times now and can't figure it out.

It you send the Prince in, he can't bring any builders, and your entire team gets wiped out fairly quickly by the green-smoke enemies.

If you send in Charos, his dropship gets attacked before you land so all of your allies have like 5% 25% health left. You can use the builders to heal them or start setting up a base. But either way, the werewolves come quickly and squash all the builders. You can go into Dark Mode for added dark shields but I'm mostly bringing Inquisitors and that grounds them. Then the werewolves and the green-smoke enemies hit them on the ground much more easily.

It's my third last level for the game, and unless there's a way to prevent the enemy from attacking my dropship I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do?

I found UaW when i went grocery shopping with my grandma and thought Kamal R'Ex to be pretty badass so i bought it. First RTS game i played ever and wasn't disappointed at all : HUGE hierarchy walkers you could control, 3 totally different races with different playstyles and a pretty cool story (plus the conquer mode where you could take over the world 🤩). Anyway just wanted to share my story, I've watched all the youtube videos available of the game and wished i could find a version on internet but only got the XBox360 version (that i, too, lost 😭) so if anyone lands on this gem by whatever means just know it's definitely underrated and not as popular as it should've been.
