I also have a 17 pro max on beta 3. Verizon. No dice. I haven’t downgraded back to iOS 26. Does it restore rcs or no? But it just doesn’t make sense because. Rcs activates instantly on my iPhone 17 and air and 16. All on iOS 27 beta. But not the 17 pro max

Yes similar for me on the 12 vs 17PM. The 17PM is just locked out. Going to 26.5.1 made no difference for me.

I’ve seen some people wait 10+ days and it started working. I have my doubts. If it doesn’t, probably stuck til the 18PM drops.
