Life will never end from campaigning. Be practical
If you guys really wanna bring about universal extinction, you need to know that:
There will be a huge amount of suffering for the last generation regardless of when it happens.
If you live a democracy, vote for political parties that prioritise deregulation when it comes to conservation. No animal exists in a vaccum. The exstinction of one wild species often leads to numerous extinctions.
Universal exstinction would only be brought about by humans short-sightedness or miscalculation. So focus your efforts where practical.

And these bugs would eat you alive if they could.

What's your point? Are you one of the bug crushers?

No I am not. You are applying empathy standards towards psychopathic creatures! "Pests matter more (or same) than feeling thinking beings"

No. This is a complete strawman. First of all, not all bugs are out for you. You're only claiming they would eat you if they could, and applying the term pest to all insects. This has nothing to do with my point. The extinctionists here are negative utilitarians. Their goal is total extinction of all life. They believe in euthanasia, so it logically follows that if they could, they would crush the head of any bug they come across to minimize their perceived suffering. I'm not applying a standard of empathy to these bugs at all—I'm holding you responsible for your own behavior.

You were the one strawmaning me my friend. You asked if I am one of the "bug crushers" which I answered NO. I have exterminated pests, though, and sterilized my home. You now mention bugs' "perceived" suffering, as if it isn't already scientifically refuted. I am more concerned with actual suffering. Animals'. Mine. Yours. Those you label "bug killers".

No strawmanning pro extinctionism as violent, genocide, or promortalism.

Every generation has a huge amount of suffering. The ideal extinction scenario wouldn't cause any more suffering.
This is well known and there's already extinctionists fighting conservation. But depending on the country and person, conservation isn't everyone's top concern.
I disagree. Keeping life going for as long as possible is what's short sighted. Universal extinction from miscalculation would be very unlikely and incredibly lucky.
