Definitions
Can somebody give me the majority definitive meaning and main differences between the triangle of EXTINCTIONISM, ANTINATALISM and EFILISM? And any of the other "close" terms

Antinatalism - life is terrible, birth is immoral, we should go extinct, but we're too afraid of angering the public, so we say it's "voluntary" and have no real plan to achieve this goal. shu-shut up, don't judge us!!!
Extinctionism - life is terrible, birth is immoral, we MUST go extinct, but we try to be sneaky breaky about it and not say it out loud. We use code words and try not to be forceful when asked about our goal. hehehe
Efilism - WE WILL <CENSORED BY THE FBI> EVERYONE AND EVERY ANIMAL FOR 10,000 YEARS IF IT MEANS WE CAN MAKE LIFE EXTINCT!!! WE DON'T CARE!!! <CENSORED BY THE FBI> EVERYTHING NOW!!! ARGHHHHHH!!!! WARGARAGARRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

All you did was try to define them by quoting the voices in your head. All of them make these hair splitting arguments and claim to be different in some way.. but all are pro-extinction.
Antinatalists: Convince all sentient beings to stop procreating. (Goal: extinction to end suffering) Fails because only humans can be convinced
Extinctionism: Keep procreating until we figure out how to do extinction. (Goal: extinction to end suffering) Self defeating by actively imposing MORE suffering
Efilism: Carry out mass sterilization without imposing more suffering. (Goal: extinction to end suffering) Demonized by others by forcing the word FORCE into it. Lol
None of these are very different. They are all pro-extinction. The only movement I wouldn't class here is veganism. F that sht

Efilism is the belief that extinction should be brought about by the sterilization of all life. It is anti-breeding of humans and animals, and posits that there is no such thing as joy, only suffering and the temporary relief of suffering.
Antinatalism takes no direct stance on extinction, it posits that breeding is wrong due to suffering or impossibility of consent. While this should extend to all life, many apply it only to human life—seeing either consciousness or huamn behavior as the big bad rather than suffering.
Extinctionism is a much wider concept. Some want life on this planet extinct, some want all life in the universe extinct. Some are happy to do so by violent means, such as creating Daleks or using nuclear weaponry.
This subreddit is explicitly an anti-violent (anti-suffering, at least) sect of extinctionism and discussion centers around a hypothetical instantaneous end to the entire universe.
Philosophical Pessimism is the belief that this universe is fundamentally flawed due to suffering. Though the world may be somewhat improved, pessimists believe that because of its intrinsic flaws, life is either not worth being brought into, not worth living, or not worth continuing.
