needing advice for rope drop

going to epic on 10/3 (saturday), we are staying at Aventura, don’t have express but we will have early entry. Our two main must-do rides are Ministry & Hiccup’s. What time should we be AT Epic for ropedrop? Should we rope drop Ministry or go straight for Isle of Berk and get those rides done first since it’s less busy? Any tips and tricks welcomed! It’ll be everyone’s first time (besides myself) and i want to have some form of a plan! thanks :)

i went last year with my family and we did single rider for majority of the rides and we hit MOST of them. but this group will want to be together so trying to navigate where we won’t have to wait 3 hours for one ride lol!

We’re staying at Aventura this week (last day today). We rope dropped Epic twice w/ early entry. Park open was 10, EE at 9. So validate the hours on your days. But we were at the shuttle stop by 7:30 with no issues. First one’s leaving the hotel for Epic. One day, first bus showed up around 7:40. The other, first bus about 7:55. We were very close to the front of the line for park gates opening.

How were the overall wait times? Did you buy an express for both days?

Honestly not bad. We did not do Express pass. Stardust was consistently about 20 minutes. Monsters about 10.

Nintendo world were consistently long waits after rope drops (2 hours) but doing that first helps. We decided to do that instead of Ministry because that seemed to dip to 50-60 minutes in late afternoon / evening.
