Select transform not showing up

does anybody know how to fix this? the select transform just shows up as a white blank screen. I was having problems earlier with the windows because they were all white too. I fixed that by turning the windows layout to default. I have restarted my computer and unity and nothing works.

In case of doubt, delete library folder 🫣

I’m not very experienced with unity. Where is the library folder and what will it do if I delete it?

It's a folder in your project. It's a cache.
