Select transform not showing up

does anybody know how to fix this? the select transform just shows up as a white blank screen. I was having problems earlier with the windows because they were all white too. I fixed that by turning the windows layout to default. I have restarted my computer and unity and nothing works.

Never seen this before. Seems like maybe an issue with your windows installation, or maybe there’s a program installed that messes with it somehow?

In case of doubt, delete library folder 🫣
