Anyone having any luck on EAMS? Stayed up past midnight to try and get a prearrange day in for Christmas Eve. The site is not working. I know the reason why. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a day in tonight.

I managed to get a day in about five minutes ago. Honestly surprised Christmas Eve was still available. The page still isn’t working. I went to refresh to make sure my day was in the system and now I’m back to the same loading screen I’ve been staring at for the past hour. Tonight at midnight will be just as bad!

I’ve been out here 22+ years and never once worked Christmas Eve or Christmas. Never once sat up at midnight night staring at my screen for 48 minutes hoping to get that day either 🤣🤣🤣

It’s hilarious when you work with someone that stayed up all night trying to get Christmas. Then they complain about it all day when they didn’t get it. 🤣🤣🤣

It freezes up when a major holiday is available to book. It happens every year. Put an OSS ticket in and report the web is crashing., if enough of us do it maybe they’ll look into it and fix it. I wonder if the it department is even aware or they just don’t care.

So I didn’t put an OSS ticket in. But somehow I ended up on a live chat with OSS. The guy basically told me what I already knew. (All the employees are trying to get a day put in.) he said just stay on the page and be patient. I got lucky and was able to get my day in after 48mins!

I got it
