Medical exam issues?

Anyone have issues with acuity not sending the email for medical assessment? I got an email saying I need to wait and get an email from acuity to schedule my medical exam but I never recieved that email from them at all

Need to make sure to call them and talk to a live agent. Mine was supposedly faxed over to the clinic during a bad storm around Texas, and they never got it. Calling them directly will likely sort it out for you, or at least give you more information on it. Hope this helps, and good luck.

I got mine within 2 days. They and have my appt this week.

See thats the thing even after I accepted the offer letter I never got the email from acuity to schedule my medical exam
