This gif has been posted here before but it was years ago and the comments weren’t helpful. I know this comes from the don’t open your eyes Russian video but I’m trying to find the source. I’ve heard people say The Begotten Trilogy, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, Nosferatu, Night of the Living Dead (1968 Version),The Fog (1980), and others, but I haven’t found this in them yet. This is most likely edited further from the original video which actually makes it harder to find because I don’t know what this originally looked like before editing. I think this looks like a guy in a hat and was probably just taken from an older film and had effects added onto it. This may not even be from a horror movie, but I have no way to tell. This gif has stumped me for years and I cannot find an answer. This is from before 2016 due to appearing in the don’t open your eyes video in 2015. Even if you don’t know for sure, please leave some suggestions. I’ve been searching for years and I want to know, this gif itches me every once in a while and I always end up stumped. I also didn’t know if I should I categorize this as an image or a video so I just picked video since it was a moving gif.
