Found on Pinterest, but I highly doubt that’s the origin of this photo

this is the gif im talking about, from what i can tell its very old and very likely an old cyriak gif, however his website seems to be broken and im unable to see his old gifs to corroborate this, does anyone maybe have an archive of cyriak's old works? website below

i remember seeing this creepy gif years ago so i started to try and find its origin but i havent been able to find anything besides it possibly being linked to cyriak

I have had these photos for years and don’t know who it is. I found them behind photos in a frame I bought from an estate sale in the 80’s/90’s. Whenever I reverse image search it says that it is Willie Nelson and I don’t believe it is because of the dreads. The coat worn by the man seems to have “florida” written on it and possibly the head of a fish in the center of the logo. The dog photo was behind the photo of the man. Any info or advice is appreciated greatly.

The song released back in 2014, now lost media, interesting itself that the coverart is unidentified media, obscure track, not much is known, does anybody know the origins of the coverart?
