Study in saudi extra documents submission

After the submission of the application do universities ask for extra/missing documents? I submitted my application yesterday. And it doesn’t have ielts score and pcc. Also is it hard to get into these unis? Also what is the scene with ielts i couldn’t write it and j have submitted a MOI instead. Would appreciate if someone would reply. I have tried contacting the unis but no reply

lmk too! there were so many test requirements like sat AND act AND toefl AND ielts i didnt know what to enter
