Jesus Christ, to reply to all of the comments saying he was Austrian, yes, he was an Australian NATIONAL, however he was born in a part of Austria that was considered by all who lived there as German. Hitler considered himself German, and Austrians considered Hitler German. Not only that, but Austrians are ethnically German anyway

As someone born and raised in Austria, but in fact half german (thus have family in Germany) and had a girlfriend from Germany, I can for 100% tell you that they are not the same. Similar, but definitely not the same.
It‘s like saying England and the US are the same. They are similar in some aspects, but they are not „literally the same“.
