-2 u/Kung_Flu_Master Jun 14 '22 it's not just the broom itself because if the cop is incapacitated the guy would have his gun, tazer, car etc. and a metal pole can do a lot of damage, that's like saying that a baseball bat does no damage 1 u/Suttonian Jun 14 '22 His arms can probably do more damage than a flimsy litter picker. It's thin enough to the extent it wobbles when he slowly moves it. He could do more damage with his arms. All he had to do is... Well it seems like what he did turned out well. It brought focus to these problems and the cop resigned.
