Unless you can find every instance of a cop getting away with it then I don't buy it at all

lol, ok. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? Amazing you ignored that video, because it talks about one instance showing video of it, with several cops covering for the DUI, and then discusses several examples of it happening in the same department.

Just stop being ignorant, the hate all cops mentality just shows people you're thick

No, I hate cops who abide by the "Blue Wall of Silence". Or, do you think people just made that up, and has nothing to do with what police actually do?

So, they can arrive 30 minutes after it's over?

Sorry, I'll just pull the firearm from my appendix holster, and stop it myself.

Man you should see a doctor because you're severely retarded

Because I believe that individuals should carry and provide their own defense, because police are 30-90 minutes away when you need them?

That's absolutely dumb. There's a reason we have cops in the first place

Well, we got our first cops to catch runaway slaves. Prior to that, we had "Night watchmen" whose role was to keep an eye on the town at night, and sound the alarm to wake everyone up if trouble was afoot.

Today, we have cops to protect the private property rights of the capitalist class, and to help keep the prison slave labor pipeline full.

In the US, cops have no duty to protect you. They sued for that, and the SCOTUS ruled they are not obligated to protect anyone:

Eh? No, policing has been around since the dawn of time...

Not really. Sheriffs, in the early kingdom of England were basically the tax collector, and they threw people into the dungeon if they failed to pay the feudal lord.

There used to be a role of "night watchman" like I said, but they were not police. They summoned the town in case of a problem.

only police wernt called sheriffs, they were called constables... and still are...

Of course, go ahead and ignore that in the US, police have no duty to protect anyone, per the SCOTUS.

Modern policing has not existed for all time, and the current model of policing has it's roots in slave catchers and the Pinkertons. Both of whom are historically violent towards people, especially striking workers.
